PURCHASES:

All sales are final.
Unless otherwise noted, our prices do not include installation or insurance.
We accept payment via all major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfers, company checks (established customers only). 
International wire transfers and credit card transactions can be subject to bank fees.

REFUNDS:

All returns / replacements require a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) from our office. To request a RMA, please contact sales@medilexonline.com
Returns are allowed only when pre-approved in writing. An exchange or credit for the balance may be issued after item(s) are received in our warehouse.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of returned / exchanges items.

SHIPPING:

Shipping / delivery rates will be quoted for the customer’s approval. Order will be sent via the customer’s preferred shipper.
Shipping damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier within 2 business days of receipt of order.
Shipping costs are not refunded. 

WARRANTY:

Unless otherwise noted, all equipment is covered by a one (1) year warranty that starts on the installation date.
If the customer decides to install the good(s) waiving our services, the warranty starts on arrival / receipt date.

PRIVACY:

1. All the information about our visitors is confidential and could be stored for our company’s use. We do not share or sell your contact information with third parties. The e-mail address you provide could be used for information / newsletter purposes.
